C.A.S.K. teaches traditional Wado Karate programs for Children ages 6-13 and Adults (16+).

Newcomers are welcome any time.

C.A.S.K. Karate Halifax teaches one of the four main styles of Karate in the world, called Wado. Wado was founded by Master Hironori Otsuka in 1934 in Japan.

Classes are taught in a traditional manner with emphasis placed on the Art, rather than Sport.

Some of the many benefits of Karate-do training include:

Fitness, Flexibility, Coordination, Balance, Discipline, Strength, Self-Awareness, Self-Confidence, Japanese Language Skills, & Self-Defense.
