Our classes are taught in the same way as those in the women's section of the Kodokan. The curriculum we follow is exactly the same. With sufficient training, you will be able to obtain your black belt from the Kodokan.
You will learn the true essence of judo, as it was intended by the founder, Jigoro Kano. Kano believed that only females could realize genuine judo, because of their flexibility and tendency to be physically weaker than males (males often used too much of their brute strength when performing techniques).
We are dedicated to fostering passion for judo in your everyday life. If you want to learn the true meaning of judo, then we are here for you. If you just want to learn how to win at competitions (shiai), then you may want to find another school.
