PRACTICAL SELF-DEFENSE, FITNESS & MEDITATION

Safe and progressive training for older and injured learners over 18 years of age.

Sensei Duchesney has developed safe methods of imparting self-defense skills and physical fitness in a respectful atmosphere. All training is personalized to suit the learner’s ability, health and age.

Each class features mindful meditation, basic Qi Gong, Taichi, flexibility exercises and strength-building drills. Students also learn personal security strategies for the modern world.

Instructor: Sensei Morgan Duchesney

Godan / Instructor License: Karate Jutsu (5th Dan Black Belt)

Godan / Instructor License: Wado Ryu Karate (5th Dan Black Belt)

Nidan / Instructor Accreditation (Shidoin): Koryu Uchinadi Kenpo Jutsu (2nd Dan Black Belt)

Sandan: Chito Ryu Karate (3rd Dan Black Belt)

Police Pressure Point Tactics (PPPT) Certification

Certified in First Aid / CPR / Defibrillator
