The Ontario Self Defence & Wu Xin Martial Arts Whitby is a high quality and professional training facility. We teach a practical and effective martial art as well as structured personal safety programs. Here at the centre we deliver all the benefits of martial arts training as well as educate you on the reality of dealing with real conflict, sudden assaults, real violence and what happens in the real world. We can guarantee that your safety, skill, health and personal growth are our priority.
What we teach is real and effective, to empower any individual with this knowledge and skillset also requires a judgement and development of character. Here at the centre we embody the virtues of Patience, Perseverance, Kindness, Understanding and Humility. We train beginners and experienced martial artists alike. Our focus is on Men, Women and Children ages 7+.

Programs & Class Schedule
We hold classes from Monday to Friday every week.
Beginners Classes
Ages 7-8 our JUNIORS program Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Ages 9-12 in our NEXTGEN program Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Ages 13-17 in our EVOLUTION program Monday, Wednesday & Friday
Adults program Monday, Wednesday & Friday
We offer additional ADVANCED classes for all students at higher levels Tuesdays & Thursdays.
