UWindsor Taekwondo
We are a fairly new club at the University of Windsor teaching WTF style Taekwondo. We meet once a week for 1.5 hours and train in sparring techniques for competitions, self defense, and forms as well as benefit from cardio workouts that boost stamina and flexibility. All levels are welcome from beginners to advanced.
The instructor is a 2nd Dan black belt certified with the Kukkiwon in South Korea and has been instructing for 9 years.

Programs & Class Schedule
Class is held once a week on Tuesday evenings from 7:30-9:00pm. Must be 16 years of age or older to join and registration occurs at the beginning of each school semester (January, May, July, September). Each session runs for 11 weeks with a belt grading at the end of each session for those who demonstrate the required skills.
