The Bay Area Athletic Club specializes in boxing and kickboxing training. We offer recreational classes for children, youth and adults. All of our classes follow a curriculum so members can track their experience and development. In the children’s classes we focus on whole body movement and skill development. The youth and adult classes all have a strength and conditioning focus in each class.
