Staffed with experienced (average 15 years exp.) coaches in various disciplines including Brazilian Jujitsu Black Belt and former UFC competitor Bill Mahood, and former KOTC Heavyweight Champion Raphael Bergmann among others former and active athletes from Golden Gloves to Pros. Our programs are orientated to the novice/intermediate though home to professional athletes. We also host a variety of children/youth classes in Boxing, Olympic WTF Tae Kwon Do and Jujitsu. Our 5000 square foot facility has a 40 foot rock wall, 1200′ sq of mats, Zebra cage and Everlast boxing ring among our tools to get anyone into the best condition of their lives with useful fitness.
