Following Sifu Lamar Davis’ Hardcore JKD curriculum in Hamilton, Ontario. Original Jeet Kune Do classes Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8pm and Sundays at 10am. Class is open to all martial arts and fitness levels. The first class is free with no obligations.
