Karate Excellence is the only Montreal karate school dedicated to women and girls only. Conveniently located on the Villa Maria High School campus right beside the Villa Maria Metro. We teach Yoshukan style karate to women and girls from age 6 and up. A competition track is available to advanced students through Karate Quebec and Karate Canada.
