Here at the Tiger’s Den we teach two forms of jiu-jitsu; a traditional based self defence style called Jukoshin Ryu Jiu-jitsu and a grappling system, Combined Grappling Arts (CGA), which is based on the now very popular Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. These two styles, when learned and combined, provide very effective self defence in standing encounters and those that go to the ground. You will find our classes friendly and inviting, with the focus on the students and helping them learn the techniques with in these two systems.
