We provide and promote the discipline, strength, health and joy of traditional Chinese martial arts training to people of all ages. We also foster a strong community within our membership and the promotion of “Wude”or martial morality. Our classes focuses on Praying Mantis Kung Fu, Baji, Taiji, Sanda Kickboxing and Shuai Jiao.
