I have attended classes at ATC to supplement my karate skills. The instructors are very skilled, helpful and welcoming. I always enjoy the training at ATC.
Both my sons do Judo here -- one of the best mat surfaces in the Atlantic Provinces. Tons of partners, several black-belt instructors on the mats. If you're looking to start or get back into Judo, ATC is your best bet.
