This is an awesome dojo that aims high in all aspects. The students are put through the paces to get into shape and learn proper technique - it's a workout! The difficult portions seem to be balanced with fun activities, and all ages (both male and female) are remarkably engaged throughout the entire class. It's quite amazing to watch. Respect abounds, with no need to demand it. Sensei Gosal has created a safe and supportive environment for all and has equipped the students with skills that will have a positive impact on their lives for years to come.

Lots of emphasis is put on proper technic.
Very relaxed environment.
Kids are very happy going to class every week.

The perfect club for learning real self defense!

This dojo teaches real life applications of traditional karate moves. I feel very safe in this club and the fighting style is far from soft. Even the younger students are tough, and everyone (boys and girls) works hard together to improve. I would recommend this dojo to anyone serious about martial arts looking for a fun place to train.
I recommend this school for learning self defence and discipline.

Very positive environment and excellent coaching. It has made my kids more confident, strong and independent.
Motivated to train extra at home and study the History of all martial arts. Classes are the highlight of my day, super group.
