So if you just want to do some burpees and push up with a man that spend more time bragging about himself and how good he is while being disguised as a ninja and sitting on his "throne" this is the place to be but if you want to learn martial arts avoid at all cost. Some teacher have skills but they never stay long, I've always wondered why. Also the students, I've one or two students that stay long but they were more in good shape than able to do or teach martial art.
Again avoid at all cost.
