Nous enseignons des techniques efficaces effectuées sans heurt et visant à canaliser et contrôler l’adversaire :
Techniques à mains nues avec un ou plusieurs adversaires, armés ou non.
Techniques au sabre et au bâton.
Techniques de concentration et de respiration
Instructeur – Stephane Janczuk 5-ème dan ceinture noire d’aïkido, 1 dan iaido Muso Shinden ryu
Notre dojo appartient à US Aikido Federation. Pratique aïkido depuis 25 ans.
Horaire :
Mardi, Jeudi, Vendredi 18.00-19.00 et 19.00-20.00 tous les niveau.
