My kids have been taking kongfu classes for 3 years now . . Best fitness ever and what I love about it the coach is a big help when it comes to teaching kids about life, respect & manors . .. On top of their fighting skills and self confident .
They also offer cardio kickboxing for adults I joined six month ago and I already see big improvement in my body ! Very nice atmosphere, get to meet new people which encourages u to keep going .
Highly recommended !
I have two kids who have been with the school for more than five years. Besides the kung fu moves and fitness training, they also learn about perseverance, self control, respect and other important values. They have always loved it and wouldn't want to miss any class.
