"Finally found a traditional martial arts

karate school in mississauga, teaching the way it was meant to be!"

After a bullying episode, we signed up our kids at another karate school in Mississauga.

It wasn't long before we realized that some schools are only in it for the money. Not to mention the training or lessons were not comparable to when my wife and I trained over 20 years ago.

After much research, we found Arsenault's Martial Arts Mississauga Goju Ryu Karate and boy what a difference!

Not only are they learning karate the way it was meant to be, the cost was less than a third. We pay one yearly fee and that includes all classes. But let me tell you, when you get a belt at Arsenault's Martial Arts Misssissauga, you know you have earned it. Since I was saving so much money, I decided to join at the same time as the kids.

It is pretty rare to find a karate school that also teaches Jiu Jitsu, Tai Chi Chuan & Kobudo (weapons) and there is no extra charge.

For me, karate has lowered my high cholesterol to normal levels, increased my flexibility and endurance, increased my self esteem and confidence, increased my overall health and the way I feel, given me a strong body, strong mind, and the most important, given me the piece of mind that my two girls and son will be able to defend themselves if ever needed.

For the kids we have noticed greater focus, self respect, respect for others, self confidence, self discipline, positive attitude, curiosity, honesty, integrity, a stronger mind and a stronger body.

It has become a great addition to our family.
