I have been attending this school for several years with my daughters and have really enjoyed the experience of learning Tang Soo Do.
The art uses all parts of your body while learning discipline and focus. You learn practical self defense starting from your first class.
Having multiple instructor helps keep you challenged - each of them focusing / specializing on a different aspects of the art.
