Instructor BIO - Todd Lambert has been training Jeet Kune Do for over 20 years now and has been teaching since 2001. Todd became a fully certified JKD instructor in June of 2015 under Sifu Lamar Davis.

The only requirement is that attendees must be 18 years of age or older. No previous Martial Arts experience is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome.
