came in for a class on wed, it was a great experience. i have been exposed to traditional martial arts, and the difference in class structures caught the eye right away.. the class made me sweat - physical load was awesome, i never thought that there are so many ways to do push ups.. the technics part was interesting - work against several attackers was pretty cool.. in short, i subscribed - will see what happens:)
