We proudly practice Isshin-Ryu Karate from creator Shimabuku Tatsuo. Taught by Sensei Ryan Bird who started training in a small dojo in Mission in 1986. Started teaching in 1991/2 at age 12. Also taught in Agassiz and assumed head Sensei in 1996. Now opened a dojo in Chilliwack and has been opened since September 3 2014.

The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Chilliwack Isshin-Ryu Karate Club:
Kids class age 8-12 6:30-8:00 Mondays/Wednesdays
Adult class age 13+ 8:00-9:30 Mondays/Wednesdays
Parents are welcome and encouraged to register and train with their Children and also train in the adult class at no extra charge.
