Hi, I am a kongfu lover since I am a little kid. I kept looking for good Chinese internal martial art teachers for years. After I found Master Gao in this school, I found myself finally on the right track. With his very detailed but simple instructions, I improved amazingly more than the previous 20 years of learning.
