Chito-Ryu Karate and Fitness
Chito-Ryu Karate & Fitness offers karate, fitness and self-defense classes for all skill levels! Classes are taught in partnership with the Town of Newmarket, and a variety of child and adult programs are offered.
Classes are instructed by Sensei Michael Ginn, a Sandan Shidoin (3rd degree Black Belt Instructor) who has been practising karate for over 20 years and teaching for over 15.
There are three different streams of karate taught at Chito-Ryu Karate and Fitness: Tot Karate for introducing young children to the martial arts, Intro Karate to introduce the whole family, and Progressive Karate for those who are ready to work their way up through the belt ranks on their way to Black Belt and beyond! Fitness classes such as Boot Camp and Impact Fitness are also offered to gain strength and stamina, lose unwanted pounds and have a blast!
