My son has ADHD we started Taekwondo as a family in January 2014. The instructors are very patient and treat us like family. I've seen major changes in my son's behavior and character since we've started. There have been great benefits for me to. It's a great place to be and train in. An awesome team! Thanks to all of the staff there!
