I was a student at Dojo To-Hakukan in the early 1970's. I was a young teenager at the time and I remember often being sore and tired from working out 6 days a week (including at Alexander Galt Regional High School). But I was in the best shape of my life. As a young adult, I joined the Navy and became a diver - the diving course was made easier by the discipline I had learned from judo.
I hope someone will be able to tell me how our Sensei is doing.
