This is a great martial arts, Karate, self defense school for all ages.
My son has attended this school for two years and is moving up in rank.
The instruction is excellent
I can't say enuff about the overall quality of the teaching. Kids class structured perfectly for kids..even games teach skills or condition. I am 2nd degree BBC in another art and my hat is off to Sensei Mike and Sensei Graham
