Each class focuses on a specific martial art. Attendance at several classes is encouraged to develop a balanced practice. Every class includes basic self-defence techniques and realistic training.
Bring water and be prepared to sweat.
Schedule:
Tuesdays: Karate 7 PM - 8 PM
Wednesdays: MMA 7 PM - 8 PM
Thursdays: Boxing and Kick Boxing 7 PM - 9 PM
Saturdays: MMA 1 PM - 2 PM
