BOA BJJ Martial Arts Kamloops
At BOA BJJ Martial Arts we offer a full spectrum, family oriented, martial arts program with Recreational and High Level Competition training. We have brought together top level regional teams (Diamond MMA, PRIME BJJ,Kamloops Grappling Club) and coaches in Judo, Wrestling, Grappling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing to create a very unique and expanding dojo. A TRUE MIXED MARTIAL ARTS GYM!!!! A place where you can train in one discipline or a combination of many.
Our Head Instructors are experienced high level competitors in various Olympic disciplines and MMA competitions.
Kids- Boys and Girls(5-16)focus on Grappling Arts- BJJ/JUDO/WRESTLING as well as Kick Boxing to develop confidence and competition experience
Teens/Adults have program choices of either recreational or competitive five nights a week.
Ladies- all program choices plus Ladies only Kickbox fitness training

KIDS GRAPPLING-(6-12) BJJ/JUDO and WRESTLING
Beginners- Monday,Wednesday,Friday at 5 pm-6 pm
Kids KICKBOXING-(6-12)
Tuesday and Thursday at 5 pm-6 pm
*** Advanced(8-12 yrs) Monday thru Friday at 6 pm-7 pm
Teen and Adult- BJJ/JUDO and GRAPPLING
Recreational/Competitive Monday,Wednesday,Friday at 7 pm-8:30 pm
Adult- MMA/KICKBOXING-
Recreational/Competitive Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm-8:30 pm
Adult- MMA/Fightcamp
Competition and fitness training EVERY DAY
You can come try out 5 free classes, if you like it you choose your membership package. We have drop-ins, one month, six month and year long memberships.
