Programs & Class Schedule
Little Tigers 4- 6 year olds. Boys and girls will enjoy a half hour of fun filled karate. Your child will learn basic karate skills to prepare them for our regular karate class. Classes focus on listening skills , self control, self awareness, stranger awareness and safety both in and out of the Dojo .
Regular Program: Ages 8 and up. For anyone interested in Martial Arts lessons and self defense. Program includes Kata/Forms, Self Defense, Weapons forms and Sparring. Learn Karate and Self Defense for real life situations in a safe environment.
