I have been looking for a "real" women's Kickboxing class for over 6 years and was so excited when I saw the EAMA was offering one! The class was amazing! Great instruction and great way to work your butt off!!!! I loved the class and Sifu James' instructions so much that I am now also taking Kali and Silat at the EAMA and even attended their Flex Fusion class Saturday morning! Top class studio...top class instructor!!!! I would highly recommend anyone bored of the regular BJJ or Karate etc to pop in and take one of Sifu James' classes. The arts he teaches can actually be used on the streets for self defence!! I had never taken a martial arts class in my life but am now official hooked!!!
