Took my money but did not provide service

Chad took my money for classes just before Covid closed all the fitness businesses down, at which point I couldn't get Chad to return any of my calls. He disappeared all together. I have spoken with a number of his other students who have all said the same thing. One other student was able to get in touch with him, so we know he is alive and well, he just has decided not to communicate with any of his students.
