By far the absolute best place to train mma at. The muay thai and brazilian jiujitsu is so well explained! The head instructor is extremely knowledgeable in all the disciplines he teaches and he really knows his stuff. You have a question he has an answer and it always makes so much sense. He makes you want to learn more. I have visited many other gyms prior and none of them come even close to the service, class quality, and cleanliness of this place Experience Mma & Fitness. And the quality of their equipment is tops as well.

I have been following their instructor on you tube for the most part of the year and have to say that hebus the most knowledgeable instructor in both boxing and muaythai and in bjj I have come across. I currently am in LA training and have also visited many parts of the world training from many different persons and I am looking forward to visiting Canada to be able to visit and train with the head coach. Thank you for sharing so much knowledge on your channel, your in house students are very lucky to have you as their instructor.

Aucun autre école accote le niveau d'expérience et de connaissances sur le muay thaï et les arts martiaux mixes. L'école est également le meilleur endroit pour les enfants. Les qualifications et les diplômes de l'instructeur en charge sont remarquables. L'atmosphère est excellente et le gymnase est un des plus beau de la région, même au pays. 5 étoiles sur tout!

i have been training in many styles of martial arts and to different schools and this place is by far my most recommended one in the area.

The staff are very helpful and the coach is amazingly full of knowledge in every martial art he teaches. The atmosphere is by far the best of all local gyms I have attended.

Memberships are reasonably priced for what they offer (being that it is definetely the largest and nicest gym). For this I can't recommend them enough to anyone looking for a great place to learn martial arts (adults and children). In my opinion the best place in Gatineau and Ottawa.

I could not recommend this facility enough, 5-stars!

They try to make it family oriented but the instructor himself who has only been in BJJ for only 3-4 years is a push over and is there because of his money. A real BJJ black belt that used to teach there and now refuses to, will tell you the same. Bad role modeling. A place where "teacher's pets"(the ones with the cash) are plenty. Don't let the look of the gym fool you!

Fantastic instructors in all aspects of martial arts (wrestling, BJJ, Muay Thai, Boxing) Great kids program and tons of classes throughout the entire day.

They bring in A level athletes for seminars (Pablo Popovitch, Lucas Lepri, Pat Miletich, Ajahn Suchart just name a few)

They offer Group Crossfit classes and a full S&C training area.

The best part about this place though. . . .no douches

Family friendly, maybe a little too much... No one's a real fighter there except the coaches. It's pretty much a ''McDojo''... Overpriced memberships and gear, BJJ head instructor is only a purple belt so belt promotions are rare, almost every student is a white belt.
