In my opinion mr Gomes and his team are the best in Moncton bar none it will change your life if you stay long I trained there in mid 90 s they were awesome then I'm 53 yrs old I can out work people half my age good job ADRIAN keep up good work😤😤😤🥋🥋🥋🥋
I would recommend mr Gomes anywhere on the planet that's how good he is

His philosophy is second to none and Aaron too I went for short period if time but I cleaned 17 yrs ago

Adrian Gomez is one of the best I ever met. I met Adrian through his son Aaron. I've not been to his class in over twelve years and still i can tell you he is one of the best. period. I'm very excited to know he is still practicing and teaching. See you there.

Correct important principals are taught and emphasized on.
I am amazed a school like this one exists in Moncton. The instructors dedicate themselves to teaching correct principles and techniques of Kung Fu and Tai Chi. The teachers also prove that the art really works. I am very small, yet they taught me how to use the laws of physics and the ancient Shaolin principles to execute powerful techniques in which I can easily handle a larger person. It is a hard and soft system with the goal to attaining softness. The spiritual aspect of the art is always emphasized on and there is no competition, everyone is always learning together. I love this school ! It is a true Gem.
