We teach traditional and modern Goshinkan-Ryu Japanese JuJitsu. In the last few years JuJitsu has garnered a lot of interest world-wide due to promotions like the UFC, but JuJitsu has been around for centuries. JuJitsu is the parent martial art of karate, judo, aikido, sambo and others, and was perfected by Japanese warriors and protectors known as Samurai.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Goshinkan-Ryu JuJitsu:
Goshinkan JuJitsu teaches practical and effective self-defense programs for boys and girls, and men and women of all ages and abilities.
Starting as young as 5 - 7 years old with our Little Samurai™ Program where kids learn, danger awareness, self-respect, discipline and confidence as they progress through each fun-filled level.
Or start your 8 - 12 year old in the Junior Shogun™ Program where they build the foundation of Traditional and Modern Ju Jitsu, Karate, Judo and Arnis — bully proofing, danger awareness, self-confidence and good times are built into each and every class.
For teens and adults of all ages we offer our regular training program in Traditional and Modern Ju Jitsu designed not just for fitness, but devastatingly effective self-defense.
