I began my BJJ journey 10 years ago at age 38. As a chiropractor, I understand how important it is to maintain the delicate harmony between mind body and soul so that we can fully express our human potential.
Ten years later I’m still in the process of reaching my full potential and truly feel that BJJ has offered me the platform to stay healthy and continuously be challenged.
I can say that, without a doubt, Professor Raz is one of the best teachers I’ve ever had the privilege to train under.
