Heijoshin Karate dojo teaches traditional non-contact Shotokan Karate and welcomes students 7 years and up. Karate helps students develop strength, speed, agility, focus, self-discipline, and self-confidence all while exercising, having fun, and learning self defense.
Our club is based out of the Gateway Recreation Centre at 1717 Gateway Road in Winnipeg's North Kildonan area.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Heijoshin Karate:
Mondays and Wednesdays
All Levels - 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Advanced - 7:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Classes run from September to June. No classes for the months of July and August.
Not open on certain holidays. See website to view a calendar for specific class times.
