We are the #1 Martial Arts facility in Durham, Ontario and have served the region since 1997. Our members come to us from Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa and even as far as Bowmanville.
You will not find shiney chrome barbell sets or high tech weight training equipment in our facility. No Sun Tanning booths or sauna's either. Not even air conditioning. No "earning" of belt rankings through frequent overpriced belt tests regardless of a student's actual abilities. No Lounge, Juice Bar or Protein Shake counter either!
Why? Because this is a facility for serious, dedicated, results oriented martial arts training. We do not cater to Fads. We are dedicated to preserving Traditional Martial Arts training and discipline.
We train under the time tested methods of the Shaolin monks who developed the ancient art of Kung Fu. We endeavour to honour their teachings through hard work, sweat and dedication.
