I have been going there for years. Ever since I was a youngin'. Probably about 15+ years, now. On and off, of course. I've seen renovations, downsizing (to make room for some therapy clinic next door), etc. I started off with no knowledge of any martial art. Shotokan Karate has been my way ever since. I'm 24 now and I don't regret anything. I've become more fit (strong, enduring, flexible) and especially more disciplined.
