A new, unique, professional martial arts school coming to Kingston this September.

The Jung Do Martial Arts Academy program utilizes martial arts as a way to teach life skills.

The Jung Do Martial Arts Academy is distinct from other schools in that we utilize martial arts as a vehicle to teach a combination of essential life skills that enable children to effectively deal with lifes challenges.

Our teaching is based on traditional aspects of martial arts philosophies combined with conflict education, tactical communication, and stress management ensuring our aim of educating the whole child is accomplished.

Instructor, 6th Degree black belt with a Master of Education Degree in the areas of conflict.
