Jung Ko Taekwondo is my daughter's second home. She wants to be there 7 days a week is she can. Sometimes it is hard for me to get her to go back to her first home.

She is always happy when she is at Jungko Taekwondo and she has a lot of good friends there.

She loves all of the instructors, and she is close to all of them.

Thank you to all of the Masters for making my daughter very happy doing her Taekwondo training, because for me it is a very useful skill for my daughter.

My son is always thrilled to attend his lesson/training at this dojo. Even my 2yr old daughter wants to start soon. I've heard from someone that in other place they will not accommodate your kids properly and they're very strict. At Jung Ko, the staff makes the learning fun and easy to understand for kids.

Fun, family friendly atmosphere with great staff! Very flexible and quality instruction!

To the previous reviewer, I think you have the wrong school.

Memberships are not $80 per month.

Terecognized is only once a month. It is again not $80 per test.

It is very rare that someone will double test.

Maybe you are unsatisfied but dont make up numbers.

This school has been around for 25 years and recognized in the community as one of the best for kids.

It focuses on fun, confidence and personal growth.

It is not a high performance school, it is good for beginners looking for extra curricular physical activity.

Monthly fee is not expensive but Lesson time is only 45 mints. Round 15 mints of that time they prepare kids for exercises. And because it’s a lot of kids you will have to wait for you turn. So actual exercise time is around 20 mints. Which is not enough for anything to really learn. Plus every lesson they start with the SAME standard moves which kid will have to memories to pass a test for next belt. And it’s just a DANCE. It takes 15 mints of lesson. So you can count how much they actually work out.

The worst part is that every 2 weeks you will receive a form for test for next level( BELT) and each time you will have to pay extra $80. 00. If you don’t do that your kid will all the time stay with a kids with a white belt and do the same moves.

So you can calculate how much you eventually will pay for the lesson Every month. $80+$80 plus monthly fee.

My Kid learned nothing there.

But still parents bring their kids because kids are happy there- they don’t need to sweat out to learn anything, they get next belt in two weeks and it make them proud of them.

So horrible experience with Jung Ko Taekwon Do

I talked to teacher there. And he said that Black Belt recognized in whole World. I agree. But if you earned the back Belt, not if you bought it.

It is a fun place and I got my Black belt in 7 months

A good price for tae kwon do then other places, And the masters are very well

it is worth a try for people who don't know martial arts

you rock. i went there with my son and he told me he had a grand experience with the instructors and learned fabulous techniques.
