K Fitness Club has been carefully designed to take the traditional and the new and combined it in to one. There are many styles of martial arts in the world. Saying this, there are many ways that may or may not be correct in doing everything from a jab to a roundhouse kick.
We have taken 20+ years of combined knowledge from a broad spectrum of styles to be sure that what we teach will be most effective mentally, physically, and spiritually in class and in everyday life. We do this by not only offering life changing classes but having our club open for your own time, seminars, workshops, certification programs, and training outside of regular classes.
K Club is for ages 4 to beyond 84. As long as you have the will to learn, we will teach you. Knowing that everyone learns with different methods and at different speeds is one of the most important factors of K Fitness Club. All our classes go by a curriculum and themes to keep motivation and ensure that everyone learns the required techniques to attain their next ranking.
