An expensive dependance for kids and unwelcoming towards mothers/women

Suited to male clientele only in spite of the fact that female clients are technically accepted. Classes are formulaic with not much variety. Denial of water breaks and other pressure tactics are used on clients that do not conform to their rules in order to "reform" the client or otherwise, to get rid of them. Competition between fellow students is nurtured in order to create rivalry to motivate the student. The monthy fees are deceptive as extra costs of frequent graduations, especially if family members join, will be imposed on you whether you are ready for it or not. The kids program is designed to provide a parental structure to compete with the parents' authority, so that the child adopts the centre as a surrogate parent, thus creating an expensive dependance on the centre especially if the goal is a black belt. .
