Ladies Self Protection

I learned so much by participating in the Ladies Self Protection class, taught by Steve and his assistants. I walked away mentally strengthened and confidently equipped with techniques and a broader awareness of the eight targets points within the human anatomy. I also learned the difference between protecting and defending myself.
It was definitely a night well spent. Much appreciation to the Hanover Karate Dojo.
