Karate Excellence - At Villa Maria High School
Karate Excellence is the only Montreal karate school dedicated to women and girls only. Conveniently located on the Villa Maria High School campus right beside the Villa Maria Metro. We teach Yoshukan style karate to women and girls from age 7 and up. A competition track is available to advanced students through Karate Quebec.
Head Instructor Sensei Sandra Coffey is a Black belt in two different karate styles. She is passionate about the development of each student in body mind and spirit. A dynamic and dedicated instructor, she is appreciated by her students for her ability to motivate as well as her pursuit of excellence.

Thursday 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Saturday 9:30 to 11:30

We offer 3 month or 6 month membership contracts.
