Karate Kawartha Lakes is a non-profit family oriented organization of traditional karate schools focusing on Sensei Masaru Shintani's teachings and values of kindness and humility.

Lakehurst - Thursday from 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Minden - Wednesday / Friday from 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
