I am a long time student at this school (since 2010) and highly recommend both the instructor and the school. The training lessons are also quite affordable. The Hapkido training is fabulous and great for self-defence and the weapons training is very practical. Mr. Smith is a very friendly and knowledgeable instructor and is one of the Okanagan's most qualified instructors of I. T. F. Taekwon-Do.
