Kingston Niten Kai teaches traditionnal Japanese Swordsmanship according to the teachings of Miyamoto Musashi. We teach primarily kenjutsu, or the art of the sword. Kenjutsu is the ancestor to modern kendo and was practiced by the warriors of Japan in preparation for war and dueling.
