Self defense for all ages and male or female.
Don't hesitate do it now this system is for survival not for points
I'd been searching for a local Krav Maga class for some time with no success. I was excited to finally find one offered locally. I learned a lot from the very first class. I also learned that I wasn't in as great a shape as I'd thought. It's great exercise, at a great price, while ultimately learning a great skill. I highly recommend it!
