Private classes are the best way to prep for competition

I wanted to prepare for Kyokushin karate competition. I asked for private classes and the trainer was very professional and welling to set a training that works with my school schedule. After the first class to asses my level and current rank, the first few classes started at good rate and increased quickly. The teacher is one of the best and will push you to your limit. If you want to learn be ready to train and I mean train. You will hear the teacher say to you. .. we train hard and we train well. .. you will be training hard too and it is excellent. The training is one of the best I have experienced. The only thing is at present time and after COVID19 they moved out of their commercial space where they used to train in large number of students. The room we are training in it is very clean, properly equipped and very safe but it is private location where few students train per class not a large commercial location but this is not a bad thing. To be fair they are talking about moving back to a commercial location because more people are asking to join. The students I met are very happy where they are training now. Me too. .. I am very happy in the room we train in. It is comfortable and the thing that I also liked at the beginning is when I was asking for private classes I trained the first four weeks for free. The Instructor wanted to make sure I liked the way he taught and I very much did love the training. he reminded me of one of the summer camps I experienced in eroupe where we had japanese masters lead the camp and yes you will be instructed using japanese commands. Although I am preparing for stand up competition. .. the other classes I joined later. .. the throwing and ground training are really really good. My dad is taking the jiu jitsu classes. He loves it. I would recommend this teacher to anyone who wants to learn a real Kyokushin fighting, Jiu jitsu and self defence.
