The Kyokushin Victoria Dojo is a member of the Kyokushin Canada Organization. Sensei Maiku offers his students classes 6 days a week, taught in a combination of English and Japanese. We welcome children, adults, beginners, and experienced students into our co-ed classes.
The following Martial Arts Styles are offered at Kyokushin Victoria:
Kid's Class: Mon-Thurs 4:30pm-6pm Designed for children aged 5 to 13, the kid's class centres on teaching focus, coordination, and structure while providing a safe, challenging and fun group dynamic.
Kickboxing and Conditioning Class:Tues and Thurs 6pm-7pm Designed to focus on building core strength and developing a higher level of cardiovascular fitness using a wide variety of exercises.
Adult Class:Mon-Thurs 7pm-8:30pm, Fri 6:30pm-8pm Designed for students 13 years of age and older. This class combines students from all levels. This class covers all aspects of daily training and provides challenges for all of its members.
Fighter's Class:Sat 10am-11:30am This specialty class is by invitation only. Please get permission from Sensei to join this physically and mentally challenging class.
